I recently celebrated my first anniversary with Bailey-Boushay House (BBH), and I reflected on why so many people come to BBH over and over again. I realized it’s because of our ability to evolve with their needs and always support them wherever they are.
Flexibility in our programs is essential because every person is different. This is especially true for our clients who have complex mental and behavioral health care needs, which often impact their physical health and ability to maintain stability in housing and work. I want every donor to know that when you make a gift to BBH you are directly helping people who would otherwise not receive adequate services that are both compassionate and actionable.
Looking ahead, we are focused on bringing even more support services to our community, especially to our LGBTQ+ clients. We have more work to do, but because of your generosity, we are walking alongside our clients to cultivate meaningful change.
