Medication Management
Medication prescriptions are required for medication management within the Outpatient Program at Bailey-Boushay House.
How to Get Started with Medication Management
There are two ways to start the medication management process:
- Prescriptions can be transferred to Kelley-Ross Pharmacy from another pharmacy. If transferring prescriptions, please provide a medication list with the referral for the Bailey-Boushay House nurses to review medications during intake.**
- Legal prescriptions, such as those used in a retail pharmacy, can be faxed or mailed to Bailey-Boushay House.**
** Please note: For all controlled substances, a handwritten, hard copy is required. The original handwritten script MUST be mailed to Kelley-Ross Pharmacy: 2324 Eastlake Ave. E., Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98102. Kelley-Ross cannot dispense any controlled substance until this is received.
